Returns Policy

Roses & Rhinos has a 14-day return policy.
An exchange or refund will only be made for items that are faulty .

RETURNS CRITERIA
Items must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.
All footwear must include the original shoebox with the product label in its original condition and undamaged.
Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear from usage are not considered as faulty goods.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please email us at info@rosesandrhinos.com with order details.
We will revert to you with details on how to return the goods to us.

If Replacement goods required they will be sent out as soon as we received and inspected your returns. In the event replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

 The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
